Why have I received a bill?
Your physician took a sample of skin (a biopsy) from you and sent it to our laboratory for diagnosis. This bill is for the histologic interpretation (diagnosis) of your biopsy or excision. We are an independent laboratory, not associated with your clinician’s office and they do not bill for our services.
Why have I received multiple statements for the same charge amount?
If you visit your physician and have biopsies or excisions performed on different dates, it is possible that you will receive multiple bills for the same charge amount. We have a standard charge for a biopsy, so please check the date of service and the account number on the statement to help differentiate the different procedure charges. A new account is generated for each individual date of service.
Why was my insurance not filed?
We are happy to file insurance for all of our patients. In some instances we do not have sufficient information to correctly file a claim. Please call us at 866-759-4528 with the correct information and we will file your claim within 24 hours.
Can I view my account online?
You can access and view your account online at www.peryourhealth.com. You will need your account number and password from your statement.
Can I pay by credit card or Health Savings Account?
We accept both Visa and MasterCard. You can pay by calling the phone number that appears on the bottom of your statement or online.
How can I pay online?

May I pay by check?
